“I would recommend Parenta… when I have any new apprentices I request Jayne due to the care and commitment she gives the girls.”

It might be somebody already on your team, somebody you've just taken on, or somebody you haven't found yet. Watch the video and I'll show you which route you're in, what it costs you, and how fast they can be qualified.
A short phone call. No cost, no commitment.
A setting owner told me last month she'd lost a Level 3 to a nursery paying 50p an hour more. This is what that actually cost her.
Nobody leaves a job they love for 50p. She left because she'd gone as far as she could go, and when there's nothing to move up to, the only thing left that can move is the money.
You can't win on pay. But you can win on where somebody's going.
Whichever one you're in, the government funds up to 100% of the training.
Most of the time it's a person on your team who isn't qualified at the right level yet. Level 2, even from no qualification at all. Level 3, which protects your ratios. Level 5 for the seniors you want stepping up.
Almost as often it's a new starter. You hire them, we qualify them, from day one if you want. Same funding, same route.
We'll find them. Sourcing, vetting and shortlisting, all free. No placement fees and no obligation to hire. Or advertise your own vacancies on Child Care Recruit, our early years job board, free until the end of the year.
A short phone call. No cost, no commitment.
New cash incentives from 1st October could give employers up to £6,000 for every eligible new apprentice they take on.
Eligibility applies. We'll check what your nursery could be eligible for on your call, and our experts will confirm the exact figures.

Not a promise about our training. A description of what your setting looks like once your team is qualified.
They're on Level 2 with Level 3 in front of them. The reason people leave, that there's nothing to move up to, no longer applies to them.
Your core team hold Level 3. You're not one resignation away from a room you can't legally staff.
Somebody hands in their notice, because somebody will. The difference is you've got a person ready to step up instead of a room you have to close.

I understand. But set against not having staff, it's a small amount. One practitioner leaving and a room you can't cover costs considerably more than that. And if your apprentice is aged 16 to 24, the training is fully funded and you could get up to £6,000 on top.
They're not. There's no age limit at all. Somebody who's been with you three years can start an apprenticeship today, and so can the person you hire next month.
That's fine. Just ask them three questions. Do their apprentices finish? How long does it take? And do they do anything other than early years?
Answer a few quick questions and pick a time for your call. Here's what you get out of that call either way.
Free and no obligation. Pick a time that suits you and one of the apprenticeships team will call you then.
